As part of the building department reviews you will
need a current survey of the property showing the
proposed scope of work and the details. If you
do not have a
current survey or details we can help you
get these as needed. Permits can be
applied for as Owner Builder (if property has
homestead exemption) or with a Contractor. We can
recommend a Contractor if needed for the project.
Sheds and Accessory Structures require engineered drawings
and if prebuilt, most of the time can be found from
the manufacturer. Custom built sheds/structures
require custom engineered drawings to be made.
In addition, if you did work without a permit and
city gave you a violation we can help to get it
legalized when possible.
