Residential or Commercial project. We also take care of the permit
process from start to finish including permit
submission, plan review, resubmission (to correct
any comments if needed) and getting the permit
issued.
As part of the building department reviews you will
need plans showing the
proposed scope of work and other applicable needed
documents. If work in minor, floor plan can be
marked up with the scope of work. If work is more
involved, professional plans will be needed. On
residential property, permits can be applied
for as Owner Builder (if property has homestead
exemption). If property is a condo or commercial
property then a Contractor will be needed. We can recommend a
Contractor if needed for the project. We can also
help with a
Design Professional (Architect / Engineer) if
needed for the required signed and sealed drawings.
In addition, if you did work without a permit and
city gave you a violation we can help to get it
legalized when possible.
