As part of the building department reviews you will
need a current survey of the property, elevation
certificate, signed and signed plans showing the
proposed scope of work and other applicable needed
documents. If you
do not have a
current survey or
elevation certificate we can help you
get these as needed. Permits can be applied
for as Owner Builder (if property has homestead
exemption) or with a Contractor. We can recommend a
